IS DELIVERY AN OPTION?
Yes in Fairfield, CT for an additional fee. All other orders will need to be picked up, address will be provided in the invoice. Due to licensing, we can not ship cookies.
HOW DO I PAY?
Your full balance must be paid to reserve your date. I accept cash or Venmo.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK?
The sooner you know your event date the better! A minimum of two weeks notice is preferred.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
Full payment is due upfront to reserve your date & is nonrefundable. When your order is reserved, I don't accept other requests and start to purchase ingredients, etc. You can make changes to the order up to 7 days before. Any changes the week before can not be guaranteed. I understand life happens. The sooner you reach out to me the better & we can work for a solution.
WHAT ABOUT ALLERGIES?
We are not a top 9 free kitchen. We are a licensed cottage bakery, this means all cookies are made in my home. Cross contamination is possible. As an allergy mom I understand the fear and risk ordering foods cooked/baked outside your house. Reach out to me to discuss in more details ingredients used. Every cookie will be individually labelled with ingredients.
CAN YOU RECREATE MY INSPIRATION IMAGE?
I can’t and won’t copy another designer’s work, but I love inspiration photos! Whether it is an invitation, picture of a favorite place, or other cookies- please include them in your initial email & we can create a unique design for you! There are copyright issues with certain characters from tv shows, movies, etc. While I might not be able to make the specific character, we can work together to capture the theme of the event.
